- Check the app account area if you are on mobile. Audible directs app users to Profile and then View account for the credit information.
- Read the credit type, not only the quantity. The displayed date and the billing source determine whether the standard 12-month rule or an app-store exception applies.

Its Help guidance gives specific exceptions for App Store and Google Play credits, and says a member switching plans can keep credits until their regular expiration date. A redeemed credit and a Plus Catalog title are different kinds of access.
Redeeming a credit makes a purchase, which Audible says remains yours after cancellation. A title that is merely included with an active membership does not use a credit and can become unavailable when the membership ends or the title leaves the applicable catalog. Do credits roll over from month to month?
Audible says there is no limit to the number of credits you can have at once, but that does not stop the 12-month expiration clock for credits that have one. Check the issue date of each credit rather than relying on the total balance.
Will Audible warn me before a credit expires?
Audible says its monthly credit-summary email identifies credits that expire within 30 days. That reminder is useful, but the Credit summary is the direct place to check the individual date.
Can I use an Audible credit after cancelling?
